Encase Consulting is an international capacity building consulting firm with people management and Learning & Development at its core. We partner with clients in the private sector, public sector & faith-based organizations operating out of our corporate offices in Maryland USA and Lagos Nigeria.

With over two decades of hands-on experience, Ike has driven impactful change across organizations and communities by fostering leadership excellence and people-centered development.
His work spans across the United States, United Kingdom, Nigeria, and various parts of Africa, where he has delivered high-level consulting and training solutions to both public and private sector clients. Legal & Corporate Advisor
Viola serves as our legal & Corporate advisor. Her broad International exposure helps in our positioning as an International consulting firm.
She is an associate in the legal team of a leading renewable energy investment firm in New York USA. She previously worked as an associate at Banwo & Ighodalo, a tier-one law firm in Nigeria where she advised domestic and international clients on major energy and infrastructure transactions. She had brief stints at Stephenson Harwood LP, London and the International Institute of Sustainable Development, Geneva Switzerland.
Viola has first degree in Law from the University of Nigeria and master’s degree from New York University School of Law as a Deans Scholar and Grunin Center for Law and Social Entrepreneurship Impact Scholar. She is admitted to practice law in Nigeria and the USA.
Obi Ginikanwa
Public Relations Manager, Nigeria
Obi Ginikanwa has worked in the Branding and communication industry for five (5) years, gaining experience in Brand management and strategy.
As seasoned Brand executive / project
personnel, he is passionate about advancing Brands and fostering
relationship with communication. In addition to Branding, he is also
involved in Real Estate and is a Sale executive.

Meme Atumonyego
Operations Support Manager
Meme's background in Industrial Psychology and brilliant communication skills has creates a strong support system. She has worked in various sectors including health care, providing major administrative and support services to both our internal and external clients.
She works closely with postpartum support Network (PSN) Africa, offering counselling and education to new and expecting mothers about postpartum depression. Meme knowledge of various intervention techniques helps our organization provide great employees focused services to our clients while strengthen our business relationships.
Her ability to provide solutions in all aspects of the workforce enables her to fit well into the Encase business structure.

Head Of Communication and Creative Design
Mayowa Michael is a dynamic creative director and graphic artist with over 14 years of experience in corporate, agency and freelance graphic design.
He has an impressive history of leading print, interactive and digital design projects to acclaimed completion.
From global giants to exciting startups, Mayowa has lent his expertise to shaping compelling brand experiences.
